Thyroid exams are $200.00 per dog.
Dental exams are $35 per dog.

Testing will be performed by Michigan State University Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory
Animals must be fasted 8+ hours (water is okay)
No thyroid treatment for 3 months prior to testing
Females should not be tested during estrus
Date of most recent vaccination must be noted on the application
Results will only be available by mailed report from the OFA.
Check for OFA fees ($15) must be submitted with application at time of blood sample acquisition
